‘Financial planning is perceived to be an old man’s job’

While working at Hoxton, Kuzemko said he mainly deals with the client side of things, giving them information and referring them to his brother if necessary.

“At first I was doubting myself a lot when I was talking with clients as, even though they didn’t know I was 16, it was quite intimidating.

“However, since then I have got to grips with it really quickly and the environment at Hoxtons is really good. 

“Everyone is really friendly and the company is really welcoming and supportive and was very happy to employ me part-time.”
