Client complains to SJP after name mix up

“We have assured him that there was nothing provided to another client that carried any identifying information, nor which identified his details to anyone else, and that there was no detriment or any financial impact to him. 

“Mr Bradford has been offered a financial settlement in recognition of the processing error and the delays in rectifying the issue, and he has now accepted this offer.”
