The rest of the day is a blur of social media, informal networking and mummy duties. Once the kids are down I do some personal development training.

Being the owner of a business, it is impossible to take proper maternity leave. As I have not had an escape, I have set Fridays aside for me to spend time with my one-year-old.
I still answer emails, I am still on social media, but I am at home with a lovely, chubby foot smacking me in the face.
I get ready to do the CuraVision video; iPhone, tripod, cup of tea, and I am ready to go.
