Guidance: The adviser recommended meeting up face-to-face. He also urged the shopper to get a will, to secure the property and ensure it reaches the shopper’s nominee in case she passes away. He said he requires more details from the shopper, but applying for life cover worth an amount greater than the house is likely to be the best way forward. He also asked the shopper who would take care of the child if something happened to the shopper.In addition to getting life cover he also advised the shopper to appoint a trustee and a co-trustee to ensure the child gets the support they need until they are financially independent. 5/5
