Oxfordshire-based CMS Wealth has purchased advice firm Hayward Manning for an undisclosed sum.

CMS is aiming to raise its profile with the deal to become a leading player in the financial planning sector.

Hayward Manning specialises in providing advice to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, its approach will be integrated into CMS to offer a more robust and tailored solution to clients.

David Carter, chief executive of CMS Wealth, said: “Our acquisition of Hayward Manning aligns with our vision to redefine wealth management through innovation and personalisation.

“We are excited to leverage their extensive experience to enhance our service offerings."

CMS has said it has “ambitious expansion plans” and is equipped with “cutting-edge technology’ to emerge as a big player in the sector.
